Membership

      MCA offers simple but flexible membership management software to its clients at no charge. At the center of this software is a program that has been used for over a decade by office personnel to enter membership information and run billing. In addition, we provide well tested software modules for member check-in and simple point-of-sale functions. A new check-in module that displays member pictures is also available. (Links at the left of this page will display screens from MCA programs).

      This software has been used successfully in clubs with memberships ranging from a few hundred members to clubs with over twelve thousand members. It can be used to keep track of multiple locations for one club or for several clubs whose processing is done at one location.
