Draft Data

      MCA can process EFT drafts not only from its own programs, but from any source that can provide the following computer readable draft transaction data:
 

  • ID
    		•  - up to six characters that uniquely identify the person being billed within your billing list.
     
  • LOCATION
    		•  - one character that can identify the location/group of the person being billed.
     
  • NAME
    		• - first (15 characters) and last (15 characters) names of the person being billed.
     
  • DRAFT TRANSIT
    		•  - transit number (9) of the bank on which the draft will be drawn.
     
  • BANK NAME
    		•  - name (30) of the bank on which the draft will be drawn (for paper drafts only).
     
  • DRAFT ACCOUNT
    		• - account number (20) on which the draft will be drawn.
     
  • CHECKING/SAVINGS
    		•  - an indication of whether the account is checking or savings.
     
  • DRAFT AMOUNT
    		• - amount being drafted in this transaction.
     
  • DATE
    		• - the date when the draft will be effective.
